Bill Grunewald
Real estate Broker and GRI, Bill Grunewald is a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services to his clientele. Trained in many areas of real estate, Bill brings quality service and dedication to the real estate market. Involved in real estate for nine years Bill Grunewald and his wife and business partner Joan have been the top real estate producers in the Up North Properties office for the past three years. They are recipients of the Master’s Circle and President’s Circle Awards for real estate sales in both 2004 and 2005.
Residing in the lakes area since 1980, Bill found that he enjoyed the area so much, that it became the base for his real estate business, Up North Properties, as well as his home. With a business and real estate sales background, Bill is equipped to successfully complete transactions for those interested in selling or buying real estate. |
