Meet the Team

Bill and Joan Grunewald

Bill Grunewald and his wife and business partner Joan have been the top lakeshore real estate producers for Edina Realty Brainerd Lakes Area for over ten years. Bill and Joan bought a vacation home in the area in 1984 and liked it so much that they decided to become full-time residents and base their real estate business here. They are the recipients of the Master's Circle and Chairman's Circle Awards for consistently achieving their sales targets.

In their spare time Bill and Joan enjoy fishing, golfing, boating, spending time with their family and being involved in the community.

Jeremy Miller

Jeremy a lifetime resident of the beautiful Brainerd Lakes Area and joined Edina Realty in 2003. Jeremy attended Central Lakes College for 2 years and finished out his 4 years by attending Both North Dakota State University and Saint Cloud State University where he majored in Business. Once done with college Jeremy decided to go into Real Estate, which is his passion in life. Jeremy is a full time agent for Edina Realty. He says the part he loves the most about his profession is seeing the smiles on the peoples faces at closing, knowing that he helped make their dream come true.

Amye Levin

Amye is fulltime licensed assistant for the Up North Properties Real Estate Group offering over 7 years of experience as a licensed agent in the St. Cloud Area before relocating to the Brainerd Lakes Area and the place she now calls home. She assists in coordination of all buyer and seller transactions for the team. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, Chamber Events (networking) and boating.
